Ivan is no stranger to hard work or real estate. He started his entrepreneurial path with his barbershop, which he opened in 2016 as well as his real estate investments he has made in the past. With his unwavering ambition, he pursued his career in becoming a Licensed Sales Agent to continue his growth. Ivan’s goal is to always treat each client with respect and as if they are family. Ivan feels that in real estate, it is not only about the property but also the relationship between the agent and the client. Making sure each client is happy with their new home, investment property, or land, is the ultimate goal in his book.

Originally born in Galveston Texas and raised in Brazoria County, Ivan is also no stranger to the area he serves. Ivan is a family man with a loving wife of 9 years and together they share 5 beautiful children. When he finds himself with down time, Ivan enjoys fishing and participating in sports, such as basketball and baseball. He also loves to coach his son’s baseball team.
